Job description
The Compliance officer will report directly to the director responsible for Risk and Compliance and liaise form time to time with regulatory authorities on all matters of compliance. The Officer shall be required to report on all trading activities and ensure firm-wide compliance with internal control policies and adherence with regulatory provisions as prescribed and required by the regulatory authorities on an ongoing basis.
Qualifications and Experience
- Graduate degree in Finance with Professional Accounting qualification will be added advantage
- 5-10 years post qualification work experience
- Preferably with prior experience in the financial services sector
- Audit and/or risk management/compliance experience will be added advantage
