Senior Personal Assistant to Corporate Secretary

Main Purpose of the Job

Provides routine paraprofessional, technical and administrative support services to the Corporate Secretary’s Office. Prepares administrative documents, correspondences, performs paralegal work and assists in legal research and analysis, and drafting of documentation.

Position Requirements

β€’ National Diploma in Secretarial Studies or Diploma in Law OR
β€’ Bachelor of Laws (LLB).
β€’ A minimum of six (6) years’ work experience as a Personal Assistant/ Secretary in a law firm or government legal office applicable to Diploma holders OR
β€’ No work experience for Bachelor of Laws (LLB) holders.
