HIS EXCELLENCY JOINED FAMILY AND FRIENDS AT MR DEREK BRINK’S MEMORIAL SERVICE

President of the Republic of Botswana, His Excellency Dr. Mokgweetsi E. K. Masisi, and the First Lady Her Excellency Mrs. Neo Jane Masisi this morning joined multitudes of mourners in remembrance of Mr. Derek Brink who was laid to rest on the 21st January 2023.

President Dr. Masisi described Mr. Brink as a profound character who not only cared about his staff but Batswana at large. The President also stated that Mr. Brink literally treated his staff as extended members of his family.

Dr. Masisi cited that Mr. Brink leaves behind a rich and true legacy of the fruitful life story that others can learn and borrow a leaf from especially the agricultural sector.
