Mont Trade (Pty) Ltd T/A The Agric Shop/ Feed Centre Botswana is the leading agricultural service provider in the country. The Company offers wide range of agricultural products. The Company has the following vacancy tenable in our branches country-wide.

1. Branch Manager

The Branch manager will be responsible for:

• General Management in agriculture Division (branch level)

• Ordering and inventory management of the products

• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations.

• Preparation of management reports ( for your division) on monthly basis

• Inventory control and stock takes

• Maximise sales volumes and revenues

• Maintains excellent long term customer relationship, improve customer service

• Constructively handles customer complaints

QUALIFICATIONS

• Must have atleast 5 years’ experience in the field

• Bachelor’s Degree Agriculture/ Retail management or any other qualification acceptable to Mont Trade (Pty) Ltd.

• Experience working in a retail agricultural shop as a Branch Supervisor/ administrator/ manager can be considered in lieu of formal qualifications.

• For Degree holders-at least five (5) years’ experience as a Branch supervisor/ administrator/ Manager in a retail environment.

• The following will serve as an added advantage:

I. Class B SADC Driver’s license

II. Certificate in agro chemicals / Diploma in animal Health , desirous

III. Practical knowledge of Kerridge Commercial Software or any retail software acceptable to Mont Trade ( Pty) Ltd:

IV. Experience in Agriculture stores/stock sales can only apply

V. Experience in Kerridge software is preferred

2. Agricultural Chemist x1 post

Must have Agricultural Chemicals Certificate and some qualifications named above

3. Veterinary Assistant x1 post

Must have Livestock Farming Certificate and some qualifications named above

4. Sales Assistants/Cashier x2 post

5. Shop Assistants x3 posts
