Laundry Assistant is needed at Bokamoso Private Hospital
Bokamoso Private Hospital (Lenmed), is looking for a competent and hardworking individual to join their team as a Laundry Assistant.
Main Purpose of the job:
To undertake cleaning, ironing and issuing of all hospital linen in line with infection control standards.
RESPONSIBILITIES
β¦ To be helpful, professional and courteous at all times.
β¦ To follow laundry standards procedure when receiving linen and issuing linen to the wards.
β¦ To record all linen delivered and collected on linen book as per laundry standards.
β¦ Continuous monitoring of infection control procedures and to maintain health and safety issues at all times
β¦ To be able to operate laundry machines.
β¦ To deliver quality services to clients at all times by following proper linen management procedures filed in the Cohsasa
The incumbent will be expected to possess the following:
QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE
β¦ Must have at least Junior Certificate
β¦ Should have knowledge of how to operate laundry machines
β¦ Capacity to cooperate with others to work towards a common goal.
β¦ The capacity to perform a technical function to required standards
