The finalists of Miss Universe Botswana 2025 recently attended an engaging and informative Know Your Ministry workshop hosted by the Ministry of Transport and Infrastructure. The session was part of the contestants’ ongoing journey of empowerment, civic education, and national engagement as they prepare for the highly anticipated pageant finale.
Held at the Ministry’s headquarters, the workshop provided the young women with an in-depth overview of the Ministry’s mandate, operations, and its crucial role in driving Botswana’s socio-economic development. The session aimed to bridge the gap between government institutions and the youth, fostering a deeper understanding of how national infrastructure supports sustainable growth.
During the workshop, officials from the Ministry walked the finalists through key areas such as transportation planning, road and railway development, aviation infrastructure, and public service delivery.
