Samantha Mogwe Gives Tips On Getting A Flat Tummy After Pregnancy

In most cases ordinary women battle with weight after giving birth. Because one gains a substantial amount of weight during pregnancy, it is often difficult to lose it. Contrary to this, when it comes to celebrities they seem to get their bodies back within a short period of time. One such lucky lady is singer Samantha Mogwe who was kind enough to share tips with her fans.

“There’s so many things that people don’t tell you about pregnancy. And diastasis recti is one such issue that people hardly talk about,” she said. Samantha was fortunate enough to have close friends and an older sister who took the time to share their experiences and to also warn herΒ about this before sheΒ got pregnant.Β Samantha explained that Diastasis Recti is basically a gap between your left and right abdominal muscles that can result in a pooch which is like stomach after you give birth.

There are different levels of this, some being so severe that one may require surgery to fix this problem. “When at Fight Club 15 was training me during my pregnancy, he made sure that we incorporate exercises that target the inner core muscles, and as much as I complained, I am forever grateful that he pushed me to dig deep to try and prevent this condition,” she said.

“My muscles obviously split to accommodate the growing life that was inside me, and I’m beyond thrilled to say that after a few weeks back at the gym, the gap is fully closed. Now we are focusing on that 6 pack I’ve always wanted without needing a waist trainer,” the exited singer said. Good for you Sammy and thank you for sharing with other women….and men.
