in Botswana with branches in Gaborone and Francistown. Our products provide insurance services to personal, commercial and
corporate clients.
JOB SPECIFICATION
We are looking for a responsible and self-driven individual to perform messenger services. You will represent our company in a
professional manner at all times when dealing with different stakeholders.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
β’ Provides a chauffeur service to senior executives, senior
management and other staff as required. Completes relevant
documentation. Works to a closely-guided work routine Ensure
vehicle is kept clean, tidy and in good working condition at
all times
β’ Ensure vehicle is given regular/day-to-day maintenance
checks: for example checking oil and water etc.
β’ Prepare and submit vehicle monitoring report, including daily
records of vehicle operations, maintenance and mileage.
β’ Ensure that safe driving practices are adhered to: This
includes local driving codes and internally agreed standards.
