Prezlin Clothing hiring a store supervisor

We are on the hunt for a ‘STORE SUPERVISOR’
The candidate needs to be result oriented and driven. The store supervisor will be responsible for the overall store management.
The candidate should be able to enhance customer satisfaction and meet sales profitability goals as well as managing staff effectively.
Your duties will include:
-Managing the retail store; including overseeing sales and inventory
-Supervising and training as well as assisting employees; sales reps in customer service
-Store maintenance and product promotion.
-Reporting on buying trends, customer needs and profitability.
-Ensuring that the store remains clean and presentable at all times.
-Maintaining proper inventory levels, stocking and preparing a purchasing plan.
Required Skills and Qualifications
-Customer management skills
-Good communication skills
-Minimum 3 years
– Proven successful experience as a retail store supervisor
-2-3years experience with Pastel accounting System
-Diploma in Business Admin or Accounting
