Seneo Finally Meets Her Father For The First Time After 20 Years
It is every child’s dream to have a father figure in their life. Sadly because of different circumstances, many children grow up without their fathers, of which have an impact on their lives. Miss Botswana 2015 Seneo Mabengano is 1 child who grew up not knowing her father, but the good news for her is that she finally got to meet him after 20 years.
Just like any child, SeneoΒ always wondered how it felt like to have a Father to call someone Papa, Dad or Daddy.Β After her mom died her search for her father intensified. “If I win Miss Botswana then miss world probably My Dad will find me or it’ll be easier to find him,” she told herself. “I kept asking my family about my Dad they didn’t know much, all they knew was the name George Papadopoulos.”
Seneo’s aunt finally started helping andΒ connected her with some Greek family that knew her dad inside out and worked with him before. “I finally found my Dad on Google from there by what I’d call the guidance of God.Β I managed to reach him on Facebook and this was on the 27th of May 2015 before I even knew that September of the same year I’ll be crowned Miss Botswana.Β This was all God’s special plan for me,” she said.
His father finally came to Botswana and the 2 did a paternity test that came out positive. Seneo through her experience advised people to notΒ give up on anything in life, no matter how long it takes.
