We are currently seeking a motivated and talented IT Support Assistant to join our growing team. As an IT Support Assistant, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support to our employees, ensuring that our systems and hardware are operating effectively.
Providing technical support and troubleshooting to end-users via phone, email, and in-person.
Installing, configuring, and maintaining hardware and software systems.
Performing routine maintenance and updates on software and hardware systems.
Assisting with network and server administration tasks.
Managing user accounts and access permissions.
Creating and maintaining technical documentation.
Contributing to team projects and initiatives.
Associate’s degree or equivalent experience in an IT-related field,
1-2 years of experience in IT support or a related field.
Knowledge of computer hardware and software systems.
Experience with Microsoft Windows and Office Suite.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Customer-oriented mindset and dedication to providing quality service.
