UNICEF visited our Kgatleng District

The mandate of the visit was to introduce the

Human Centred Design model which is an approach that empowers programmers to work alongside communities to design solutions and interventions with their input and perspective for better impact. This exercise was done through focus group discussion with the topic of discussion being “Barriers to monitoring, reporting and advisory for sexual exploitation amongst adolescents.

The model helps in addressing social and behaviour change with specific attention to sexual exploitation and abuse that affect adolescent girls and boys.
