ALLOCATION OF THE 100,000 PLOT IN KANYE

Today His Excellency Dr. Mokgweetsi Masisi officially handed the 100,000 plot in Losabanyana to Ms Game Leesemane at a ceremony that celebrated the fulfilment made to Batswana in 2015 of providing land to Batswana. His excellency pleaded with Batswana not to sell their lands, saying the Government is working hard to provide housing for Batswana and ensuring that every Motswana receives their fundamental right of land ownership.

In his remarks, Honorable Dr Lemogang Kwape said the initiative has drastically aided to reduce the number of applicants still awaiting plot allocations in Kanye and emphasized that providing land for people helps empower their lives for the better.

Upon receiving the plot the beneficiary of the 100,000 plot, Ms Game Leesemane thanked the Ministry of Lands Water Affairs and encouraged the public especially the youth to take heed of Government programs saying they too will one day benefit greatly.
