His Excellency Mr Joào Manuel Gonçalves Lourenço President of the Republic of Angola Arrives in Botswana

The Minister of Foreign Affairs Dr. Lemogang Kwape this morning welcomed His Excellency Mr Joào Manuel Gonçalves Lourenço President of the Republic of Angola who is also Chairperson of the Southern African Development Community (SADC) for his working visit to the SADC Secretariat Headquarters in Gaborone.

While in Botswana he will meet with His Excellency Dr. Mokgweetsi Eric Keabetswe Masisi, President of the Republic of Botswana. The two Presidents will deliberate on Bilateral relations, Regional and International cooperation,and reiterate their commitment in the implementation of the outcomes of President Lourenço’s State Visit to Botswana in July 2023.

His Excellency President Mr. João Manuel Gonçalves Lourenço and his delegation will return to Luanda, Angola today 14th, June 2024.
