Ms. Kaisara holds a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) degree from the University of Botswana, earned in 1994. Furthering her studies, she obtained a Master of Laws (LLM) in International Business and Commercial Law from the University of East Anglia in the United Kingdom in 2000, with a specialization in commercial arbitration.
Her professional development includes various short courses, such as Deeds and Sectional Title Registration and programs in Judicial Administration and Judgment Writing conducted at Justice College in South Africa. Additionally, Ms. Kaisara is an active member of the International Association of Women Judges (Botswana Chapter), reflecting her dedication to promoting gender equity within the legal system.
