Winnie Mashaba comes to Botswana this coming August

This August gospel music lovers will be treated to amazing treats from a strong woman of faith Winnie Mashaba. The gospel sensational who has been in the music industry for far too long will be making a countless appearance in Botswana. In partnership with Tswako music and Duma Fm, the concert is expected to bring in lots of Batswana out of their blankets from the winter coldness into a music melting pot said to be going to be a huge thriller.

The concert by the doek woman will be held at Ditshupo hall in Gaborone. Tickets to the event are currently selling at P200 for general and P300 VIP respectively and are available at Webtickets.Next week the music pundit will hold a media brief at Planet Lodge in Gaborone in regard to the same event.

Winnie Mashaba went to school at Mashupje High School but dropped out soon after passing Grade 11 in 1998 to pursue her passion for gospel music. Her first break came right after she auditioned for Solly Mholo. Soon after the audition, she released her debut album, Exodus 20 (2000). Winnie Mashaba has been nominated for numerous awards, including a Kora for Best African Spiritual Female in 2005
