To plan and supervise the production and service of food

β’Food and beverage quality control
Qualification
β’National Craft Certificate in Hospitality or related field
Experience
β’A minimum of 3 yearsβ experience in catering in either a hotel or canteen environment.
β’A detailed hands on knowledge of kitchen and food preparation procedures is essential
