Nampak Liquid Botswana has a vacancy for a SHEQ/HR Officer .The SHEQ/HR officer will report directly to the Plant Supervisor based at Botswana (Gaborone).
Key Responsibilities
โขEffective management and continuous improvement of the Companyโs Occupational Health and Safety systems including the Environmental system to ensure full compliant
โขEffective management and continuous improvement of ISO9001 & Food Safety systems
โขEnsure awareness training and statutory training is carried out
โขEntrench Health and Safety culture through visible Management, MDW, BBS, and other Risk initiatives
โขAdministration of monthly payroll queries for Liquid Botswana through support from HO
โขAdministration of our Kronos time management system through support from HO
โขProviding a full human resources administration function with support from HO
Ideal Candidate
โขBGCSE
โขDiploma in Occupational Health and Safety or equivalent
โขAl least 3-4 years extensive knowledge on the management of the Occupational Health and Safety Act
โขAt least 2-3 Management of the ISO9001, Food Safety Standard and GMP.
โข1-2 years ability to navigate system, with attention to details
โขBe able to work without supervision, self driven and work under pressure.
โขBe able to train other people
โขValid driverโs license and valid passport
