Adima Batswana is looking for a professional and self motivated L2 VMware VDI Support Administrator to perform IT duties.

Job Function

• VMware Infrastructure Administration and Management
• Installations for security patches, functional patches and version upgrades.
• Performance tuning of ESX server. Document support processes.
• Interact with Service desk supervision team for Verification of solutions.
• Maintain Compliance with Corporate Security Policies
• Responsible for restoration of data.
• Provide 2nd level systems support.
  

  Requirements

• At least a Bachelors Degree in Information Technology or related qualification.
• A minimum of 3 years experience in VMware
• Excellent communication and conversation skills (Verbal and Written).
• Good documentation skills.
• Should have excellent customer handling skills.
• Proficient on VMware technologies.
