Olympic champion Letsile Tebogo secured second place in the 200m final at the Diamond League Final in Zurich today, recording a season-best time of 19.76 seconds. Tebogo, who is recovering from a recurring knee injury, finished just behind America’s Noah Lyles, who won the race with 19.74 seconds.

In other events, Tshepiso Masalela clocked 1:43.16 to place fifth in the men’s 800 metres at yesterday’s Diamond League Final in Zurich. His performance reflects consistent progress in middle-distance events on the international stage.

Bayapo Ndori narrowly missed the 2025 Wanda Diamond League 400m title, finishing second with a time of 44.40 seconds. Collen Kebinatshipi followed in seventh place, recording 45.40 seconds.
