Members Of The Public To March Against Women Abuse
One of the organizers of the march, Lebohang Letsie said they are planning to march in demonstration against women abuse adding that the Β public had to take collective responsibility for increase in beatings, sex attacks and killings of women.
Letsie said the march, follows an incident in which a woman was assaulted and stripped at Gaborone bus rank for her dress code, and the march is aimed at sensitizing the public on gender based violence.
The march, which was initially scheduled for Saturday, has been postponed pending issuance of a police permit.
