Nicki Minaj Has Been MIA All of 2018 And Her Fans Are Starting To Worry

The “her” that’s being talked about of course is Nicki Minaj, who hasn’t been spotted publicly or been active on social media since December 2017.
The last Twitter update from her was an announcement about her verse on A$AP Ferg‘s “Plain Jane” remix. The joint was fire, but what about the new album Nicki??

I had already told Wayne. But after I recorded it, I had my mngr hit Ferg ppl to let them know & they said theyβd like it as an official remix.
So I got to do βRockstarβ for #D6 which is one of my faves anyway.
While its unusual for a celebrity of her magnitude to go completely off the radar for over a month, it’s entirely possible that Nicki has thrown herself into cooking up her new album. In an interview withΒ Dazed from September 2017, Nicki revealed she has big plans for her next album and that it will be way more epic than her 2014 release The Pink Print.
Β This era will be a billion times more epic than anything βAnacondaβ could have delivered. I think this era will definitely be the most memorable and the most impactful of my career yet.
Nicki, ever the perfection, also says she’s scrapped and re-recorded tons of songs with the determination to make this album perfect.
Β Tomorrow, I might walk into the studio and decide that I donβt like anything Iβve done in the last six months. Or, tomorrow I might walk in and feel like the whole album is done. Thereβs so much beauty in not knowing.
We know Nicki goes hard, has high expectations and won’t stop until the new album is straight flames, but that still hasn’t satisfied The Barbs who are wondering why their fave has ghosted them.
