Ntlo Ya Dikgosi Chairman And Deputy Chairman Pay Courtesy Call On VP
The Chairman of Ntlo ya Dikgosi, Kgosi Puso Gaborone and his deputy, Kgosi Tshipe Tshipe this morning paid a courtesy call on His Honor the Vice President, Mr Slumber Tsogwane who is also the Leader of Ntlo ya Dikgosi.
Vice President Tsogwane appreciated the visit. He said following the easing of Covid-19 restrictions, he will engage Ntlo ya Dikgosi to update them on new government developments. He added that this will also provide an opportunity for peer to peer learning.
The two leaders acknowledged governmentsβ successful implementation of various programs during the Covid-19 era. They commended government for coming up with ways of protecting and saving the lives of Batswana and coming up with ways of improving service delivery and livelihoods of Batswana as per the pillars of the Reset Agenda.
Furthermore, the two leaders pledged to continue supporting government in providing sound leadership and a platform for the consultation of Batswana.
