We invite suitably qualified candidates to the position of Β Operations Internal Auditor.
Main Purpose Of The Job.
Reporting to the Accountant, the position exists to carry out daily operational sales audits by ensuring correct posting, allocation and balancing of all the companyβs revenue centres. The position requires one to work during the night from time to time.
Key Performance Areas
Checks all quotations, bookings and confirmations made on the day to ensure correct pricing, records discrepancies, compliance to reservations and allocation policies.
Daily Sales reconciliations of all revenue centres.
Oversees late night sales and secures stock returns and equipment.
Collates all statistics per revenue outlet and updates cumulative totals for the month against budget, and calculates variances.
Compiles Daily Sales report covering sales and statistics for distribution to Executive Management daily.

Qualifications and Experience
Diploma in Accounting, Finance, part ACCA or equivalent and 3 yearsβ relevant post qualification experience. Experience in the hospitality industry will be an added advantage.
