Qualifications & Skills
β’ Degree or Diploma in business related field
β’ Certificate of Proficiency Short term a distinct advantage
β’ Knowledge of customer service principles and practices
β’ Computer literacy (knowledge of computers and relevant software applications
β’ Excellent oral and written communication skills
β’ Detail oriented and works with a high degree of accuracy
β’ Highly organized and flexible
β’ Ability to multitask and meet changing deadlines
β’ Working knowledge of email, scheduling, spreadsheets and presentation software
