Rollers Strikers Mogorosi And Msomi Suspended For 17 Games, Fined 20k

The tewo Township Rollers FC srtikers Joel Mogorosi and  Mthokozisi Msomi have been suspended from playing in 17 games and fined P20 000 for being involved in a brawl at the Rollers/Tafic game in January.

Mogorosi has been suspended from 10 games and got a 10k fine to be paid in 14 days while Msomi got suspended for 7 games and got a P10k fine as well to be paid in two weeks.

Rollers has already played 17 games, which means Mogorosi will only return for the last four league matches of the season.

He will miss tonight’s encounter against Police XI, and eight other subsequent league matches and the Mascom Top 8 final against Orapa United on March 3.

However, the two are eligible to play in the CAF Champions League and will be on the plane when Rollers leave on Sunday for the return leg against Sudanese side, Al Merreikh.
