US AFRICA Leaders Summit has generated the desired result which government sought

The Permanent Secretary in the Ministry of Health and Wellness Ms. Grace Muzila says the US AFRICA Leaders Summit has generated the desired result which government sought. She said the Ministry of Health officials who attended the session on Partnering for Sustainable Health Cooperation and Health Security managed to form strengthened health partnerships and cooperation .

Ms Muzila says the Ministry has managed to engage with US government officials in the area of health prevention and treatment. She said the Ministry is interested in capacity building for sustainability. Ms Muzila pointed out that it is not the first time that the US Government has supported Botswana in the health security of her people , she said Botswana has enjoyed the support of the US Presidents’ Emergency Plan for HIV/Aids relief (PEPFAR).
