ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT – KENYA HIGH COMMISSION
Qualifications and Experience
A degree in Marketing, Communication, Journalism or equivalent and relevant qualification
At least three years experience in a similar or relevant position
Duties
Assist in running of events organized by the office
Preparation of reports on various activities undertaken by the Mission
Updating the Mission’s website, Facebook and Twitter accounts
To assist in designing/producing a newsletter
Responding to queries on service offered by the Mission
Media relations: preparation of media briefs and updates
Skills and Attributes
Report writing and presentation skills
Good interpersonal and networking skills
Good communication IT skills
Excellent computing skills and knowledge of various software packages
