4523 Technologies PTY (LTD) is and Information Communications Technology company.

We design and install sound Information Communications Technology solutions for all business. 4523 Technologies was registered in South Africa in 2016 and in Botswana in 2017. The company is based on providing service to both users and other service providers


The ideal candidate will be responsible for implementing a sales and marketing strategy to maximize revenue potential and efficiently serve the needs of our customers. You will be responsible for increasing market penetration of 4523 Technologies. Success will come to those have a strong desire!


Prospect and develop new business via phone prospecting, face-to-face cold calling, and networking
Service and renew existing accounts
Identify key decision makers in the MARKET area and be able to develop marketing programs derived from 4523 product portfolio
Meet sales goals
Network in the local community as a 4523 Brand Ambassador
Keep abreast of business and industry trends
Account development including contact research, qualification, engagement, lead development and discovery. Build sales pipeline that supports ability to achieve sales goals.
Developing a territory with a supporting regional business development plan.
Utilize Salesforce to manage and accurately report on inbound lead/opportunity pipeline.
Drive inbound and outbound opportunities to revenue closure.


Strong verbal/written communication and presentation skills
Well-developed technological skills (PC, Internet, MS Office, CRM, Mobile)
Ability to manage deadlines and to operate with a sense of urgency
Understanding of digital media platforms
Must be results oriented and have a record of success working in a goal-oriented, highly accountable environment
A technical sales background outsourcing sales experience.
ICT Knowledge or services outsourcing experience would be a plus.
Must possess solid needs based selling experience and a proven track record of success in all aspects of the sales process. (prospecting, networking, qualifying, educating, influencing, closing, account management).
Comfortable in speaking with high level decision makers within professional organizations
High School diploma, but college degree is preferred
Experience in print and digital advertising sales preferred, but not required
Strong analytical skills
Exceptional communication skills
