Vacancy- Finance Manager Wanted At The World Group

Key Performance

  • Preparation of budgets
  • Preparation of monthly management reports and annual audited accounts
  • Implementation of adequate internal controls to enhance the performance of the company
  • Actively involved in credit sales and debt collection
  • Timely payments to suppliers
  • Management of cash flow
  • Preparing of staff remuneration
  • Liaise with Government regulatory bodies, banks, auditors etc

Qualifications

The position requires any of the following Chartered Accounting qualification:

  • ACCA, ACA, CA, CIMA or BICA
  • Holding a Business Degree will be an added advantage
  • A Professional membership of a recognized Institute (BICA)

Experience:

  • The person should have hands-on experience in the Chartered Accounting field with at least 5 years experience in a management role
  • Having earned the experience in a fast-paced retail environment will be an advantage

Competencies Required:

  • Excellent Organizational and Planning skills
  • Valid Drivers license is essential
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience in Microsoft Office
  • ACCPAC Accounting and Ulti Sales
  • This person should be able to think pro-actively, creatively and responsively and be prepared to work in compliance with deadlines
