Job Description
The role focuses on implementing the HR people plan and working with line managers across the full scope of HR practices and ensuring the correct implementation of HR processes. Individually accountable for achieving results through the self,over periods of 3 months – 1 year and will also be required to assist with assigned administrative duties within operations

Key Performance Areas

Business Transformation
●Support efficient and effective BU transformation through the delivery of change.

Stakeholder Manager
●Engages stakeholder at all levels (primarily internal) to ensure effective delivery of HR services to clients

Strategy Implementation
●Implements the HR people plan with discipline
●Provides HR support to internal clients

Risk Management
●Adherence to HR governance and controls

Personal Effectiveness
●Contributes to a high performance culture in the HR team
●Disciplined execution of HR services
● Effectively manages own costs

Competence Requirements
●Team orientation
●Information monitoring
●Technical knowledge

Education and Experience
● 3 years’ experience as an HR generalist on an accelerated development plan or 4 years as an HR practitioner
●Graduate qualification in HR
