Immediate Cashloan Assist, a newly established 100% citizen owned micro-lending business invites suitably qualified candidates to apply for the post of Customer Service Attendants. The applicants will be reporting and taking instructions from the Principal Officer, bench-marking on best customer service practices and perform daily office duties as required.


Qualification And Experience

– BGCSE plus any short course certificate
– Certificate in Customer Service or Public Relations will be an added advantage
– Proven work experience or attachment

– Create, review customer files and make follow-ups on outstanding debts
– Attend to customer queries and requests
– Maintain quality service by bench-marking on best practices
– To perform other daily office duties
