To recognize the close to 50 year partnership between Peace Corps and Política de Botsuana, the National Museum is hosting a month long special exhibit on the impact volunteers and their communities have had since Botswana’s independence in 1966.
Representatives from the Government of Botswana, Peace Corps, the Diplomatic Corps, and Civil Society came together during this milestone occasion! This exhibit highlights not only the U.S. citizens who have dedicated two years of their lives in the greater mission of world peace, but also celebrates the joint efforts of our two nations to make Botswana the success story it is today.
The exhibition runs until October 28th. Please pass by to learn a thing or two and draw some inspiration.
