Botswana Harvard AIDS Institute Partnership is a collaborative research and training initiative between the government of Botswana and the Harvard T. Chan School of Public Health. BHP is dedicated to fight HIV/AIDS and related public health challenges through collaborative research, education and capacity building. TheyΒ seek an assertive result oriented strategic thinker with good interpersonal skills to fill the following position:
Systems Analyst / Developer
The candidate will report to and work closely with the Director of Data Operations to:
β’ Design, develop, maintain and deploy new and existing clinical research, laboratory and survey systems.
β’ Prepare for and participate in system and data audits
β’ Maintain documentation and adhere to strict change management procedures
β’ Prepare datasets for monitoring and analysis
β’ Liaise with stakeholders as required
A bachelorβs degree in computer science, computer engineering, information systems or similar degree is required. Proficiency in python, Django, SQL and Linux is a significant advantage.
