The Hamptons Live Jazz Festival, which takes place in Gaborone, usually runs between February and March every year. Each year sees a variety of Jazz musicians, well appreciated by the local and the travelling discerning Jazz patrons. The atmosphere in the sun is dismal for the multitudes that descend to witness this once in a year astounding festival.
Hamptons Jazz Festival aims to be representative of a historic moment in which Botswana is seen as the destination for Jazz intellectuals. The events allow people to revel in cultural refinement, whilst relaxing with a glass of wine or cold beverage whilst they go about enjoying the music.
In addition, Hamptons provides VIP tents with Champagne, wine and food initiatives. This year’s champagne of choice is The Moet Chandon Imperial Ice.
