Gaborone College of Culinary Arts is a culinary arts college,that trains students to become professional chefs, baristas, bartenders, waitresses etc.Β TheyΒ are looking for employees to come join theirΒ marketing team, who will be responsible for marketing and cross selling , products and services of the GCCA , to customers as well as convince them to enrol for training.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Participate in the company sales initiatives by effective lead generation
2. Undertake the responsibility of recruiting customers to enrol with us.
3. Cross selling of the school products and services.
4. Identify fully when to refer customers to appropriate personnel for specialized assistance eg Treasury & credit.
5. Exhibit high levels of customer service.
Qualifications & Requirements
-Diploma in Marketing/Sales
– Sales & Marketing Experience
-Proficiency in areas of Microsoft Office, including Access, Excel, Word and PowerPoint
-Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
-Willingness to learn
-Drivers licence class B
-Relevant training certificate .
-Hardworking,
-Computer literate,
-Presentable and well mannered.
