When Botswana sneezes the whole world indeed catches a cold. The BOT50 fever has even reached the glamorous world of Hollywood. Β Richard Dean Anderson aka MacGyver, who is most people’s childhood hero was spotted wearing a BOT50 T-shirt, how cool!
The controversial pastor, Anderson who was deported last week also wore a very nice BOT50 T-shirt which made waves in social media. Now that’s it’s 3 days to independence, the most common colors in the streets, schools and work places are blue, black and white. Even the local people have been beaten by the bug, let the festivities begin.
BOT50 celebrations have taken place as far asΒ the state of Maryland, USA, where multitudes of Batswana staying there had lots of fun activities.
