Makwala Wins First Gold Medal For Team Botswana!

‪Isaac Makwala made us proud by grabbing his first ‪African Games gold medal in the men’s 400m at ‪Congo Brazzaville. The medal was also our first gold medal since the competition. Makwala ran 44.35 seconds to secure the gold medal in the men’s 400m while Onkabetse Nkobolo ran 45.50 seconds to get a bronze medal.
