Former Gabz FM morning show host Reginald Richardson has gotten the last laugh and he will be grinning all the way to the bank.
Reginald was suspended a number of times at the radio station and was eventually fired together with his producer Keikantse Shumba late last year.
They were fired after Reggie was suspended following a complaint from the Botswana Democratic Party’s (BDP) Communications Chairman in which he “demands an apology from the radio station”.
He went to court where he was accusing his former employees of unfair dismissal and the court agrees.
Gabzfm radio station was this morning ordered to pay Reginald an amount of P100 000 for unfair dismissal. The judgement was delivered by Judge Galesite Baruti of Francistown industrial court.
