Suspect appears before court for alarming Publications

A 32-year-old Motswana Citizen Male, Tshepho Junior Sethibe, the Director of
Moeladilatinoko News Boiler, appeared before the Village Magistrate Court this morning
(14/07/2022) on one count of Alarming Publications.
According to the Charge Sheet, the accused, on or about the 8″ July 2022 in Gaborone, in

the Gaborone Administrative District, published on his Facebook account Moeladiotihoko
News Boiler a false statement which is likely to cause fear and alarm to the public.
The Court granted the accused bail on condition that he does not interfere with Police
investigations and the Police did
