The Annual Thamaga Christmas Tournament Against Drugs!
The Annual Thamaga Christmas tournament will be played again this year under the Theme “Put Drugs Down, Play Sport”, this was suggested after the success of last year’s “Enough Is Enough, Stop Violence And Crime”. This campaign is aimed at encouraging youth from the region to stay away from drugs and engage more on sporting activities. This initiatives are done in order to bring peace and harmony to the village and work on re-branding of Thamaga.
The tournament is scheduled to start on 25-12-15 and continue through to 28-12-15.
Teams partaking in this year’s tournament are:

With fixtures on the 25th as follows:
•0800 hrs: Thamaga Swallows vs. Black Forest
•1000 hrs: Thamaga Shooting Stars vs. Tourism
•1430 hrs: Sanyane Celtis vs. Thamaga Blue Aces
•1630 hrs: Kgabosetso vs. Checkers
