A New Mobile Restaurant, The Dive Inn Is Looking For Staff
The dive inn Restaurant is a new mobile restaurant about to open in Molepolole and itβs looking for suitable Personnel to fill the following posts;
Cook/Chef (1)
β’ Responsible for preparing delicacies
β’ Makes lists and budget for kitchen supplies
β’ Oversees the entire kitchen staff
β’ Responsible for training new cooks
β’ Makes sure that the meals being whipped up tastes really good
β’ Should be able to work overtime
Requirements:
β’ Must possess a BGCSE Certificate
β’ At least 1 year experience in catering industry
β’ certificate or Diploma in Hospitality management will be an added advantage
β’ A customer service background With meal preparations, excellent communication skills and must be a people’s person.
Kitchen Assistants x2
β’ Assist the chef/ cook in the with meal preparations
β’ Ensure that all the needed cooking ingredients are in supply
β’ Ensures that the kitchen is clean and hygienic at all times
β’ Responsible for the restaurantβs cashier machine and serving of customers.
β’ Should be able to work overtime
Requirements:
β’ Must possess a minimum of Junior certificate
β’ Should have at least months experience in catering industry will be an added advantage
