organization:
Fleet and Logistics Manager
Qualifications:
Applicant must possess Diploma/Degree or equivalent in Logistics Management from an internationally
Logistics Manager.
recognized University/College. He/She must have a minimum of eight (8) years experience as a Fleet and

Requirements:
Applicant will be responsible for securing the trucking and plant hire business and negotiating trucking
contracts.
Applicant must have extensive knowledge in the trucking business in Botswana and the Region.
Incumbents must have experience in mechanical maintenance of the fleet, both trucks and bakkies.

He/She will be responsible for Impeccable vehicle records. e.g. service. repairs Licensing and
inspections of vehicles and trucks.
Applicants must ensure that the company fleet is compliant with al national and regional legal
requirements including Company and Cross Boarder Country regulations.
Incumbent must have experience and skill in enforcing safety in vehicles true
Experience in managing a logistics company would be on added advantage.
