Jazz Songstres Kearoma Rantao Billed To Perform In Swaziland

Our very own award-winning jazz vocalist Kearoma Rantao, is billed to perform alongside South African-born jazz vocalist Vuyokazi Tshaya,  in the upcoming Itallo and Friends Live in Swaziland concert to be hosted by local jazz star, Itallo Dlamini.

This talented woman will definitely hold her own as she has previously won awards and performed alongside some jazz greats like veterans Ringo Madlingozi, Letta Mbulu, Caiphus Semenya, Tsepo Tsola and Freshly Ground. Kearoma has also performed at big stages in the Southern African region and the USA. She is also a member of the Women of Jazz Botswana Ensemble and the Kalahari Roses International Music Collaboration Ensemble.

Other artists to perform with Itallo on the night include bass guitarist Bheki Masina and sensational young guitarist Paseka. Both guitarists were a marvel to watch at Indibano’s recent jazz session held at Riders’ Ranch, which also featured South African icon Ray Phiri, Bholoja and Nomsa M. This will be at the Convention Centre on June 24.
