EXTERNAL CUSTOMER SATISFACTION SURVEY

The Ministry of Finance is conducting a Customer Satisfaction Survey. The survey aims to establish if the Ministry of Finance Customers are satisfied with the quality of service provided and to get insights into which areas of service provision need to be improved. Below are the services that are being assessed;

  1. Government Employees Motor Vehicle & Residential Property Advance Scheme (GEMVAS),
  2. Government Supplier Payments,
  3. Pula Card,
  4. Letter of Credit,
  5. Agreement of Cession (Government Purchase Order Finance)
  6. Revenue Offices (Retirement of Imprest etc.) among others
