The Minister’s Participation AT The International Telecommunication Union Plenipotentiary Conference

The conference is the highest decision-making body of the Union which is convened every four years to consider, among other things, Strategic Plan of the Union, budget, report of the council and elect office bearers. The Minister delivered the country’s policy statements and participated in electing officials guided by the country’s interests.
