Kamoso Distribution, a diversified consumer retailer and manufacturer/distributor, operating primarily in Botswana, is looking to recruit for the below position:

HELP DESK MANAGER
Responsibilities
โ€ข Manage the help desk team and evaluate performance
โ€ข Ensure customer service is timely and accurate on a daily basis
โ€ข Train, develop and lead a technical support team to provide excellent customer service and resolve all technical issues
โ€ข Contribute to improving customer support by actively responding to queries and handling complaints
โ€ข Establish best practices through the entire technical support process
โ€ข Follow up with customers to identify areas of improvement
โ€ข Develop daily, weekly and monthly reports on help desk teamโ€™s productivity
โ€ข Ensure high quality technical support and increase client satisfaction.

Requirements
โ€ข Diploma in IT and/or relevant industry certifications
โ€ข Proven work experience as a help desk manager
โ€ข Hands on experience with help desk and remote control software
โ€ข Solid technical background with an ability to give instructions to a non-technical audience
โ€ข Customer-service oriented with a problem-solving attitude
โ€ข Excellent written and verbal communications skills
โ€ข Have a problem-solving attitude with an ability to motivate your team to achieve specific goals are essential skills to perform well in this position, and
โ€ข Have team management skills
โ€ข Having a driverโ€™s license is an added advantage
