Kamoso Distribution, a diversified consumer retailer and manufacturer/distributor, operating primarily in Botswana, is looking to recruit for the below position:
HELP DESK MANAGER
Responsibilities
โข Manage the help desk team and evaluate performance
โข Ensure customer service is timely and accurate on a daily basis
โข Train, develop and lead a technical support team to provide excellent customer service and resolve all technical issues
โข Contribute to improving customer support by actively responding to queries and handling complaints
โข Establish best practices through the entire technical support process
โข Follow up with customers to identify areas of improvement
โข Develop daily, weekly and monthly reports on help desk teamโs productivity
โข Ensure high quality technical support and increase client satisfaction.
Requirements
โข Diploma in IT and/or relevant industry certifications
โข Proven work experience as a help desk manager
โข Hands on experience with help desk and remote control software
โข Solid technical background with an ability to give instructions to a non-technical audience
โข Customer-service oriented with a problem-solving attitude
โข Excellent written and verbal communications skills
โข Have a problem-solving attitude with an ability to motivate your team to achieve specific goals are essential skills to perform well in this position, and
โข Have team management skills
โข Having a driverโs license is an added advantage
