Alpha Direct is hiring a Kiosk Sales Agent
Minimum Qualification requirements:
• A certificate of proficiency (COP) in short term insurance from the insurance institute of South Africa or equivalent.
• One years’ experience in sales or client services environment preferred.
• At least 1 years’ experience selling short term insurance product in business market.
• Excellent communication interpersonal negotiation skills.
• Call centre experience in sales environments.
• Analytical skills to understand complex coverage details and underwriting guidelines.
• PC knowledge- word and excel an added advantage.
Competencies and Skills Required:
• Ability to work in a paperless environment, with software and scanning equipment.
• Good Oral & Written communication skills
• Good Analytical & Organisational skills
• Strong Customer focus
Summary or Roles and Responsibilities:
• Handle and manage customer inbound calls.
• Answer customer inquiries regarding products of services.
• Maintain a database of customer calls, their needs and requirement.
• Prepare sale reports
• Develop and maintain business relationships with policyholders.
• Counsel and advice prospects and policyholders on matters of protection and coverage.
