Kamoso Distribution, a diversified consumer retailer and manufacturer/distributor, operating primarily in Botswana, is looking to recruit for the below position:
HELP DESK MANAGER
Responsibilities
β’ Manage the help desk team and evaluate performance
β’ Ensure customer service is timely and accurate on a daily basis
β’ Train, develop and lead a technical support team to provide excellent customer service and resolve all technical issues
β’ Contribute to improving customer support by actively responding to queries and handling complaints
β’ Establish best practices through the entire technical support process
β’ Follow up with customers to identify areas of improvement
β’ Develop daily, weekly and monthly reports on help desk teamβs productivity
β’ Ensure high quality technical support and increase client satisfaction.
Requirements
β’ Diploma in IT and/or relevant industry certifications
β’ Proven work experience as a help desk manager
β’ Hands on experience with help desk and remote control software
β’ Solid technical background with an ability to give instructions to a non-technical audience
β’ Customer-service oriented with a problem-solving attitude
β’ Excellent written and verbal communications skills
β’ Have a problem-solving attitude with an ability to motivate your team to achieve specific goals are essential skills to perform well in this position, and
β’ Have team management skills
β’ Having a driverβs license is an added advantage
