Vacancy- Help Desk Manager Wanted At Kamoso Distribution

Kamoso Distribution, a diversified consumer retailer and manufacturer/distributor, operating primarily in Botswana, is looking to recruit for the below position:

HELP DESK MANAGER
Responsibilities
β€’ Manage the help desk team and evaluate performance
β€’ Ensure customer service is timely and accurate on a daily basis
β€’ Train, develop and lead a technical support team to provide excellent customer service and resolve all technical issues
β€’ Contribute to improving customer support by actively responding to queries and handling complaints
β€’ Establish best practices through the entire technical support process
β€’ Follow up with customers to identify areas of improvement
β€’ Develop daily, weekly and monthly reports on help desk team’s productivity
β€’ Ensure high quality technical support and increase client satisfaction.

Requirements
β€’ Diploma in IT and/or relevant industry certifications
β€’ Proven work experience as a help desk manager
β€’ Hands on experience with help desk and remote control software
β€’ Solid technical background with an ability to give instructions to a non-technical audience
β€’ Customer-service oriented with a problem-solving attitude
β€’ Excellent written and verbal communications skills
β€’ Have a problem-solving attitude with an ability to motivate your team to achieve specific goals are essential skills to perform well in this position, and
β€’ Have team management skills
β€’ Having a driver’s license is an added advantage
