PRESS RELEASE – 2015 FORM FOUR PLACEMENT

The Ministry of Education and Skills Development informs the public that the selection process for 2015 form four placement is complete. The 2015 Form fours are expected to report to their respective schools on Tuesday 17th February 2015. As such students admitted as boarders will be expected to report on Monday 16th February 2015.

Information on students’ placement will be in all Secondary Schools and Regional Education Offices countrywide. The same information will be available on the Ministry’s website at www.moe.gov.bw and government portal (www.gov.bw).

Admissions can also be accessed through a Short Messaging Service [SMS] notification from all the three local mobile cellular phones service providers at the following numbers:

Bemobile – 75858512; Β Mascom – 77685224; Orange – 76413194.

Steps to be followed in accessing information on placement are available in the Ministry’s website, Government portal (www.gov.bw), Ministry’s and Government Facebook page as well as other media sources.

HOW TO ACCESS YOUR PLACEMENT VIA SMS;

STEP 1

Compose New Message and type your: Level Center-Number Candidate Number, Candidate Surname(Please include a space between the parameter values)

STEP 2

Send your message to any of the following numbers

Be MOBILE – 75858512

Orange – 76413194

Mascom – 77685224

 

STEP 3

You will receive information about your admission via SMS.(Please do not send CALL BACKS or reply to this sms as you will not get any response)Centre number should be 6 characters i.e. JC plus four digit centre number, Student number should be 4 numeric characters. The surname is not case sensitive

To access information about your Admission via mobile phone please send anΒ SMS following instructions below; The candidate must enter the following parameters in the stipulated sequence.

For example if your centre number is 12, your candidate number is 1 and your surname is Motsei, type β€œJCE JC0012 0001
